She is survived by her sisters Chris Poberzyn and Cynthia Rolofson, her brothers Mike and Marty Blake and her caregiver of 16 years Diane Bland.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 14 at 2:00PM with visitation at 1:00 at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary in Centennial.
Memorial donations may be made to Denver Hospice.
