Joanne Maud Hunt of Denver passed away on May 3, 2015 at the age of 88. A lifelong native of Denver, she was born in 1926 to Edward S. and Maud (nee Birtley) Transue. She married Richard Arnold Hunt and they had five children.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Richard and cherished son Ricky.
Joanne is survived by her devoted children Ronald Hunt, Steven (Cathy) Hunt, Susan (James) Garcia, Donna (Gary) Wilson; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and a host of close and dear friends.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial service on Friday, May 8 at 11AM at Brentwood United Methodist Church, 1899 South Irving St, Denver, where a reception will follow.
Inurnment will take place at a later date at Olinger Mount Lindo Cemetery in Morrison, Colorado.
