Dear Danny, Anedra, and Marty: I am so sorry for your loss. Kathy was one of the strongest women I've ever known. As a young girl, I so much admired my older cousin for her humor, her irascibility, and her toughness. As I got to know her as an adult, these qualities only became stronger. My cousin Kathy was an amazing woman, and even though I only saw her once every few years, I will miss her so much. She had true "presence" that always made our Rooney cousin gatherings complete. I am sorry I will not be able to attend her funeral, but know that you are in my thoughts. Please don't hesitate to email me if you need anything. Really.
