Lawrence Miller was blessed to have had a long and fulfilled life. Larry was born in Hays Center, Nebraska and grew up in Wray, Colorado. He was the oldest of eight children. In his younger years, he was meat cutter in Sterling and Wray before moving to Denver to work for the General Iron Works. He retired from the General Iron Works in 1981 and started his own small engine repair service. He loved to travel, garden, fish and tinker in the garage. On any given day you could find him out and about in his yard or sitting on the back patio enjoying the view of his garden. He loved to be in the garage working or teaching his grandkids/great-grandkids how to build just about anything. Larry had the most infectious smile, which always made you smile when you saw him.
The family would like to thank his caregivers at Sevens Home Health Care, and The Denver Hospice who gave him comfort and support over the last few weeks.
