Nolan went to be with the Lord peacefully at home on September 19. He was a man with a sweet and joyful spirit. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Joyce, and his brother, Calvin. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Mardel; siblings, Tommy (Elaine) and Burnice (Tom) Robertson; son, Randy (Carol), and one grandson, Kyle; three stepchildren, Tora (Matthew) Whitling, Ingrid (Bart) Wilsey, and Hans Olson; eleven step-grandchildren, Cy and Emma Wilsey; Josiah, Jedidiah, Cotton, Miles, Beatrice ("Bea"), Jasper, and Boaz ("Bo") Whitling; and Ana and Sarah Atkins.
Public visitation will be Friday, September 30 from 6-8 p.m. at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6601 S. Colorado Blvd. Centennial, CO 80121. Memorial service, Saturday, October 1 at 10:30 a.m. at University Church of Christ, 2000 S. Milwaukee St., Denver, CO 80210.
