Phyllis J. Baker, 83, passed away on July 27, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents, Beulah (Skinner) and Merton McCartney; daughter, Susan Baker McLennan; granddaughter, Jacquelyn Suzanne Baker; and loving companion, John Freeburg. Phyllis is survived by her sons, James (Marta), Marshall (Lynn), Kevin (Nancy Mitchell) and Fred (Kimberly Olson) Baker; brothers, Connie, Kent and James “Alvin” McCartney; grandchildren, Charles Ferentchak, Timothy (Sarah) Baker, Katherine (Sujan) Akella, Nicole (Raymond) Borkowski, Kaila (Ian) Diede, Anna Baker and Luke Baker; 4 great-grandchildren; and the father of her children, Fred Baker.
Memorial Service to be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Columbine United Church, 6375 South Platte Canyon Rd, Littleton, CO, 80123. A private inurnment took place at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery.
