Richard (Rick) Edgar Will was born May 22, 1930 in LaJunta, Colorado and passed away April 23, 2021 in Centennial, Colorado.
Richard moved to Denver with his family at a young age and lived the rest of his years in the Denver area. After graduating from Manual High School in Denver, Richard served in the US Navy abroad the USS Valley Forge. After his service, Richard returned to Denver and married his high school sweetheart Virginia to whom he was married for 47 years. Richard had a long and successful career in the printing and typographic business, setting type as a teenager and later owning his own business. He truley loved the advertising and print business, his colleagues and clients. Richard also loved the mountains and was an avid fisherman his entire life. He spent hours in his garage and at car shows fine-tuning multiple show-winning cars and most recently was an active member of the Rocky Mountain Thunderbird Club. He held dear his many friends and neighbors and enjoyed a good chat with anyone. Richard was a lifelong member of Bethany Lutheran Church where he ushered members and guests thousands of Sundays.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Will. He is survived by his son Michael (Moira), daughter Mary (Steve Hartley), and grandchildren Kaitlin (O'Veal), Daniel (Hartley) and David (Hartley).
