Vince died on Apr 6, 2023 in Highlands Ranch, CO. He was born in Pueblo, CO on Feb 4, 1971 to José (Joe) Garcia and Lillian Rebecca (Becky Garcia) Vasquez. He graduated from Pueblo County High School in 1989.
Vince moved to Florida in 1991. He went through the West Palm Beach CC Police Academy in 1997. He was a law enforcement officer in Parkland, Fl, where he also was dual certified as a fire fighter.
In 1999, Vince moved to Washington State. He lived in Federal Way and Gig Harbor. He did Basic Training for the US Army Reserves Military Police at Ft Leonardwood, MO in 1999-2000, and was activated as a result of 9/11, and served until 2004. He worked with the City of Gig Harbor, WA as a law enforcement officer from 2000 - 2007, where he was part of the DEA task force, served as an EVOC trainer for the state, and was treasurer for the local FOP.
Those that knew Vince knew the past 20 years were medically difficult for him. He suffered daily with severe, chronic pain. His death was merciless.
He is survived by his wife, Audra Garcia, of 30 years, his two daughters, Alyssa and Kelsey, his mother Becky Vasquez, his sister Vivian Garcia, his brother Vernon Andres-Quentin, and numerous in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
