Joseph Frank Krafczyk

He was born May 8, 1951 in Centralia to Edward and Doris (Yocom) Krafczyk the 5th of 7 children. Frank attended Pe Ell Schools and was a graduate of the Class of 1969. On February 13, 1971, Frank married his high school sweetheart Kathleen Muller. They were blessed with 2 children. Frank was a logger by heart and worked many jobs in the logging industry. He worked 18 years for Weyerhaeuser and his favorite job was falling timber which he did for many years for several logging companies. His final job was hauling coal for the TransAlta. He also enjoyed farming and owned a beautiful herd of Polled Herefords handed down from his father. Frank was an avid outdoorsmen and loved living the country life. Even shooting a bear from his front door.

Frank is survived by his wife Kathleen of 47 years, children Janet (Keith) Shepherd and Michael (Tonya) Krafczyk all of Pe Ell, WA; 6 siblings Kathy Lessard, Priest Lake ID; Judy Krafczyk, Kent, WA; George (Louise) Krafczyk, Aurora, IL; Carol Norgar, Everett, WA; Karen Board, Everett, WA; and Tom (Brandi) Krafczyk, St. George, UT; 6 Grandchildren Ashley, Tyler, Ryan, Megan, Joseph, and Matthew; numerous nieces and nephews, and several aunts and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Edward and Doris Krafczyk

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Lewis County Fire District #11 Station in Pe Ell.
