Carol loved being a teacher and aerobics instructor; She loved being at the beach and most of all being surrounded by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Mitchell; son, Brent Mitchell.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Chloe Nicole Mitchell; her sister Sandy Rusher; and all of her many nieces and nephews.
A graveside will be Friday, January 3, 2024 at 1 pm at Pineland Cemetery in Centreville with Herman Pair officiating.
