Cecil, Mr. Carroll, Nibber, Son, Daddy or Granddaddy; these were all just a few of the names he would answer to. Whether you saw him walking down the street, sitting in the tower announcing at Holiday Raceway or behind the counter at Lemley's Automotive, his smile wasn't hidden behind that long gray beard. As we look back on all the memories those memories now become treasures. He is survived by his daughter, Leigh Sanders(Gene); grandchildren, Brendan Pope, Krystle Hyche, Alex Hartley, Breann Edmondson and Seth Hartley; a special son, Brian Lemley. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Lori Pope; his grandson, Braden Pope and his parents, Boots and Alma Carroll.
