Harold Dean McKee, age 76, of Brent, Alabama passed away on Thursday December 26, 2019. Harold was born February 2, 1943. Harold was a member of the Irondale retired Firefighters Association and Birmingham Firefighters Association He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Annette L. McKee; sons, David McKee(Alecia) of Pinson and Joseph McKee(Lana) of McCalla; daughters, Jenny McKee of Riverchase and Amy Paddock(Jason) of Springville; brothers, Onas McKee, Jr.(Inez) of Pinson, Bobby McKee(Betty Jo) of Locust Fork, James Neal McKee(Jean) of Oneonta, Charles E. McKee(Gwen) of Lineville, Wade McKee(Pat) of Blountsville and Joel McKee(Vanessa) of Fayette; 10 grandchildren, Rachael Malone(Ben), Anna McKee, Jacob McKee(Kimmie), Andrew McKee, Keith Gilmore, Pierson Paddock(Ashley), Corbin Paddock, Evan Paddock, Ian McKee and Dale McKee; great grandchildren, Daniel McKee and Scarlett Malone. He is preceded in death by his parents, Onas S. McKee, Sr. and Jessie Lou McKee.
A visitation for Harold will be held Saturday, December 28, 2019 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Pondville Baptist Church, Pondville Rd, Brent, Alabama 35034. Funeral service will occur Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 10:30 AM. Burial will occur at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, 1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL at 2 PM.
