Jacob is survived by his father, Ralph Smith(Amanda); step father, Jerry Gant; brothers, Nathan Smith(Ashley), Acee Hardman, Josh Gant(Ashley) and Peyton Kirby; sisters, Renea Aldridge, Jamie Gant and Brystal Kirby; and a host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death her son, Noah Smith; Debra Kay Gant and step mother, Wanda Kay Smith.
