Matthew entered into rest at DCH Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his daughter, Katlyn Terry; his parents, Roy and Mary Sue Terry; his grandmother, Pauline Terry, a very special Granny to him; brother, Roland Terry; nephews, Gage and Evan Hembree. He is preceded in death by his sister, Christi Hembree and his grandfather, James Terry.
