Sam "Tud" Stevens, entered into rest at his residence in Heiberger, AL. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Agnes Stevens; son, Sammy Steven(Teresa); daughter, Susan Horton(Greg); brother, Odes Stevens(Jean); sister, Mary Ellen Averett(Searcy); grandchildren, WhittLee Blount(Jonathan) and Samuel Dillard Horton. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Estelle Stevens; his sisters and brothers, Esther Stevens, Bertha Fisher, Robert Stevens, Hazel Massey and Sue Elam. He loved to fish and hunt and restore tractors. He also serviced in the Army National Guard.
