Antonio Giovanni Spicuzza Sr.

Antonio Giovanni Spicuzza, Sr., age 32, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2015. He was born in New Orleans and was a resident of Chalmette. Antonio was the treasured husband of Tiffany Roper Spicuzza; cherished son of Thomas Sr. and Lorraine Sabala Spicuzza; devoted father of Antonio Jr., Sophia and Lorenzo; brother of Thomas Spicuzza, Jr., Marco Spicuzza, Sr., Giovanni Spicuzza (Kristle), and the late Paul Spicuzza, Sr.; grandson of the late Lorraine Sabala; uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by countless friends and his Mossy family. Antonio embraced life fully. His children were his world. Everyone who was blessed to know him was touched by his infectious smile. He enjoyed playing baseball, video games and pool, fishing, wrestling, and socializing with his beloved family and friends. On any given day, you could find him doing anything and everything under the sun with his children, nieces, nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers, we would prefer donations to be made to the St. Bernard Fire Department and to the St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, September 26, 2015, from 9:30 am until 1:00 pm. A Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 pm in the Chapel. Antonio will be laid to rest beside his brother in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
