Bobbie Lenoir Spiers passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 20, 2015 at the age of 85. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that she had touched in some way throughout her life. She was the cherished wife of the late Arnold Everett Spiers. Devoted mother of James Allen Spiers and Sheila Spiers Bienvenu. Proud grandmother of Jennifer Story, Heidi Noote, Jeffrey Spiers, Holly Merritt, Heather Clomburg, KC Clomburg and Korri Clomburg. She is also survived and fondly remembered by her 11 great-grandchildren, along with many relatives, cousins and dear friends. Bobbie was a native of Picayune, MS and a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. She was well loved and will be forever remembered as a loving and loyal wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a friend of many, who treasured her family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, December 28th from 11:30AM – 1:00PM, followed by a funeral service in Bobbie’s memory beginning at 1:00PM. She will be laid to rest with her husband in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
