Eduardo Hernandez passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at the age of 76. He was the cherished husband of Remigia Hernandez for 49 years. Loving father of Angelina McCurdy (Joe), Eduardo Hernandez and Dora Albert (Alex). Son of the late Juan and Maria Hernandez. Proud grandfather of Joseph, Jacob, Jordan, Selena, Rafael, Alicia, Alex Jr., Ashton and Alexis. Great grandfather of Rafael Jr., Ayden and Angel.
Eduardo was a native of Peru and a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. He was a faithful employee for the Sheraton Hotel and retired after more than 20 years of service. Eduardo will always be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, March 7, 2015 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A Memorial Mass will begin at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will be private.
