Erline Catherine LaCour

Erline LaCour LaCour was called to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at the age of 88. She was the beloved wife of the late Edgar Thomas LaCour. Daughter of the late Maurice LaCour and Virdie Normand LaCour Dupre. Sister to Jean Gremillion (Huey). Loving mother to Janet LaCour Hardouin (Julian), Kathie LaCour Champagne (Jay) and the late Maurice Joseph LaCour. Wonderful Grandmother to Julian Hardouin Jr. (Star), Robin Hardouin Wolinski (Shanon), Jamie Hardouin (Cheryl) and Shannon Champagne Crews (Chip). Great-Grandmother to Kirstin Wolinski, Cameron Wolinski, Falyn Hardouin, Collin Crews, Peyton Hardouin, Mikayla Hardouin, Catherine Crews and Piper Hardouin.

Erline was a native of Mansura, LA. She was a resident of St. Bernard Parish prior to Hurricane Katrina, and resided in Covington, LA. Erline attended Dominican College in New Orleans. She worked as a secretary for the Federal Government and the University of New Orleans. Erline will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her loving family and everyone who knew her.
