Louis F. Meyers Jr. passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the age of 80. He was the cherished husband of Geraldine Neal Meyers for 58 years. Loving father of Warren Meyers, Allen Meyers (Sandy), Kenneth Meyers (Vanessa) and John Meyers. Son of the late Nellie Couto Meyers and Louis F. Meyers Sr. Proud grandfather of Jason Meyers, Warren Meyers Jr., Shelly Parks (Trey), Crystal Hodge (Tres), Chris Meyers (Monika). Kristen Nelson and Olivia Meyers. Great grandfather of Andrea, Blake, Jayden, Liam, Lyla, Bryce, Cora and Brielle. Louis was born in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. He will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, May 15, 2015 from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 AM. He will be laid to rest in St. Roch No. 1 Cemetery, 1725 St. Roch St., New Orleans, LA.
