Anita was born on March 9, 1946 in Lansteuhl, Germany. She married her husband, Roger Paul Ashton on June 1, 1962.
Anita is survived by her daughters, Tina Ginsberg (Craig) and Gidget Rochefort (PJ); her grandchildren, Thomas Cond, Chelsea Cond (Corey) Robbie Ginsberg (Lyric), Corey Ginsberg (Michaela), Johnny Ginsberg (Chelsea), Dakota Ashton, Shelby Heyer, John Tyler Heyer (Mariah), Haley Heath, Tommy Ashton, and Jordyn Ashton; and many great grandchildren, Easton, Maverick, Ben, Matthew, Mila, Michael, McKenna, Gunner, Stella, and Arya Elizabeth. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Paul Ashton, as well as her son, Roger Paul Ashton Jr., and her daughter, Erica Ashton.
Anita's memory will live on in the hearts of those that knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, please honor Anita's love of dogs by donating to Pathways Home Animal Rescue.
Anita will be laid to rest with her husband at Valley of the Sun Cemetery in Chandler, Arizona. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 10:00 am.
