Bart John Nigro Jr.

Bart was born in Buffalo, NY on July 22, 1969 to Bart J. Sr. and Valerie Nigro. Bart graduated from Seton Catholic High School in 1987 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991 from Arizona State University. He married Donna May in 2002.

Bart had a heart for those less fortunate and freely gave to several charities: street ministries, missions and often worked with those afflicted with Autism. Gifted in teaching, his gentle nature opened others to him, especially children, whom he engaged in playful communication through Sunday schools, every day life and, of course, as an uncle and grandpa. He was considered their best friend.

Bart is survived by his wife, Donna May; her daughters Chris Parchmann (husband Darren) and Julie Wilsterman (husband Zane); their grandchildren Christa and ZJ Wilsterman; his parents Bart J. Sr.and Valerie Nigro; his sisters Linnea Nigro and Kim Douglas (husband Walter); his nieces Madeline and Isabella Douglas; nephews Nathan, Christopher and Sheamus Douglas; his brother Brian Nigro and his grandmother Virginia Crapsi,

A viewing will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary and Cemetery on Tuesday June 16 between 3-7 p.m. The memorial will follow on Wednesday June 17 at 10 a.m. We say goodbye to a beloved husband, cherished son and brother, awesome grandpa and uncle.

In lieu of flowers a donation Basket for the survivor, spouse, will be at the door or to Phoenix Gospel Mission in Bart's name.
