Carol Ann McDonald age 63, of Phoenix, AZ passed away December 5, 2011 in Chandler, AZ. She was born September 28, 1948 in Los Angeles, CA. Carol is preceded in death by her husband Charles (Chuck) McDonald and survived by brothers Gary, Richard (Jeana), Gilbert (Anna), Louis and Michael (Tammy) Garcia, sisters Kathy Bennett and Julie (John) Sparks, stepchildren, David (Kristy) McDonald, Paul (Maryanne) McDonald, and Laurie Ann (Greg) Tanner, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 2 Godson’s, and many nieces and nephews. Carol moved to Wickenburg, AZ with family in 1958 and graduated in 1966 from Wickenburg High School. She graduated from South Western Preparatory School in 1967 as a certified medical assistant. Carol was a proud member of the AAMA for over 40 years and worked for Dr. Andrew Wolin for the last 25 years. Remembrances in Carol’s name to Hospice of the Valley 1510 E.
