

Survived by his wife of 45 years, Frances, Children Jodi and Brant, grandchildren Mikayla and Kaitlyn. Allan was born in Scranton, PA, to Dorothy Egan and Clyde Nicholas. Allan had three sisters, Carol, Doreen (dec.) and Cheryl.
Allan completed his B.A. at the University of Scranton and his M.A. at University of Detroit. He worked for over thirty years in Dearborn, MI, and U.S. Leasing in San Francisco, CA.
The couple retired to Sun Lakes fourteen years ago where he enjoyed playing golf and tennis, traveling, and socializing with his numerous friends. Allan’s sense of humor and compassionate spirit will be well remembered by his family and friends.
The memorial will take place at the Valley of the Sun Chapel on Chandler Heights Rd. on January 17, 2011, at 3:00 pm. Allan’s ashes will be inurned in the reflection garden at the Sun Lakes United Methodist Church on Riggs Rd.
