Douglas had a rich and fulfilling life, marked by his educational achievements and service to his country. He was a dedicated individual who earned various degrees and served in the army during the Vietnam War. His commitment to his work continued as he became a city engineer for Mesa, from which he retired after a distinguished career.
Douglas was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Sarah Davis.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Banner University for their support. A very special thanks goes out to all of his friends for their kindness and friendship with Douglas.
He will be remembered for his contributions and the impact he had on those around him.
Douglas will be laid to rest on Monday, March 9th, 2026,1:00 pm, at Valley of the Sun Mortuary and Cemetery (10940 E Chandler Heights Rd., Chandler AZ, 85248).
