Jeffrey graduated from Chandler High School, received Certification from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and Paramedic Certification from Samaritan Paramedic of Phoenix.
Jeffrey worked as a Firefighter Paramedic for the Gilbert Fire Department, a Flight Paramedic for Native Air and was a Paramedic Educator for Mesa Community College. He was most recently a Chef for Marcellino Ristorante. He was a member of the International Association of Fire Fighters, and had a passion for music, sailing, golfing, cooking and his family.
Jeffrey is survived by his son, Jake Pennington; his parents Diane and Mark Pennington, and his brother, Michael Pennington.
