

Kevin Herwig, a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather, passed away surrounded by family. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Kevin lived a life marked by dedication, integrity, and a deep love for those closest to him.
He met the love of his life at a high school dance, a moment that began a lifelong partnership. Shortly after graduation, they were married and went on to build a beautiful life together, raising three children with unwavering commitment and care.
Kevin was a tireless provider, taking on various roles to support his young family. He briefly ran a small business and worked as an independent contractor, experiences that eventually led him to a successful career in the trucking industry. Through hard work and determination, he quickly rose through the ranks, earning the distinguished milestone of one million miles of safe driving. His excellence behind the wheel and passion for the profession earned him the opportunity to become a driving instructor, where he mentored and inspired many young drivers to uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Later in life, Kevin and his wife relocated to Arizona, where he continued to work in trucking and eventually found a home at Baker Commodities. After a fulfilling career, he retired to focus on what mattered most to him—spending meaningful time with his beloved wife, children, and grandchildren.
Kevin is survived by his two sons, Justin and Kevin; six grandchildren—CJ, Ty, Kane, Sawyer, Elija, and Reyah; and three siblings—Karl, Chris, and Suzie. His legacy is one of kindness, selflessness, and boundless positivity. Kevin had a unique gift for finding the good in everyone and everything. His warm spirit, generous heart, and ever-present smile brought joy to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Though he may no longer walk among us, Kevin's memory lives on in the countless lives he touched and the enduring love he shared. His presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
