Linda Gayle Bradley Brunelli passed away November 2nd at home surrounded by family and friends.
Linda was born May 17, 1954 to Harold Emery and Marie Hopkins Bradley in Milford Delaware. She fought a lifelong battle with Lupus but due to her faith in God and sheer determination she lived many years beyond what doctors had predicted. The joy of the Lord was her strength and she was happiest when she was doing His work for someone else.
Most didn’t know it but, as a teenager, Linda played rhythm guitar in “ The Bradley Family” band, was an Ordained Minister and had an amazing entrepreneurial spirit, always having some kind of project underway.
Linda is survived by her children:
Daughter, Tricia Unger, her husband Ron and grandchildren Raquel, Braque and Zeke.
Son, Lance Simpler, his wife Brandy and grandchildren Devany, Layne, Henley, and Leighton. Stepdaughter, Holland Hines and grandchildren EJ, Erika and Erika’s husband Austin.
She also had other close friends that regarded her as their mother and grandmother.
Tina Wildoner, husband Chris and their children Christopher and Ian.
Sonia Zmich and her children, Alyssa, Madison, Scout and Shiloh.
Denise Blankenship, her husband Brandon, and children Cody and Cassandra.
Lynn Cox, her husband Rob and son Tyler.
Erin Mabery and her children Amber and Keegan.
Tammy Carol and her children Marya, Vivian, Tristan and Alex.
She was also survived by her Mother Marie Bradley Passwaters, of Milford Delaware. Sister Karen Blackwood, her husband Jeff, and their children Amy and Jason, of Verden, Oklahoma. Brother Harold Bradley Jr. and his wife Janet, of Bridgeville Delaware. Brother Lester Bradley, wife Kathy and his daughter Heather, of Smyrna, Delaware.
And a very special friend David “Mac” McGill, who came from Wikieup, Arizona to help care for her in her final weeks.
Funeral services will be held at the Valley of the Sun Mortuary & Cemetery at 3PM Friday, November 9th. Immediately following the service, the family will be hosting a Celebration of Linda’s life at her home in Sun Lakes.
