Norma Lou Peña of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on December 13th, 2020. She was born on September 23rd, 1936 in Arkansas to the late Quincey & Verla Coatney. She grew up in Williams, Arizona where she attended high school. Norma was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother. She was a woman of grace, integrity & high character; a loving, caring person who has touched many lives. 1 Peter 4:10: Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as a faithful steward of God’s grace in its various forms. She is survived by her 2 children, Matthew Henry Peña (Susan) & Mark Louis Peña (Shana); 6 grandchildren, Lacie, Amber, Johnathon, Thatcher, Clara & Lily; 3 great grandchildren, Winter, Freya & Salice; Sister in-law Sharon & many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis & brother Carl. Services are being postponed at this time & we will share more information once it is known.
