70 of Chandler Arizona, passed away on Saturday June 18th, 2011. He was born in Detroit, MI on January 28th, 1941. Richard was a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer of the US Navy where he served for 23 years as a Flight Engineer, and later an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor. He is survived by his wife Rachael, daughter Stacey Devine-Fairfield, son Jeffrey Devine, son-in-law Tim Fairfield, grandchildren Breanna, Brittany, Brooke, great grandchild Zachary, numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Funeral services will be held Saturday June 25th at 11:00 at Valley of the Sun Mortuary,10940 E Chandler Heights Road, Chandler AZ.
