Ruth Marie Robinson

Ruth was born on November 23, 1947 in Los Angeles, California. She attended Pierce Junior College and then started her life-long career as a flight attendant after her graduation from Western Air Lines Stewardess School at Los Angeles Airport. Ruth worked as a Flight Attendant for 43 years, working for both Western and Delta Air Lines.

Ruth loved to be of service to people and she loved to travel, both of which made her an excellent Flight Attendant. Her career was her passion. She was very social and loved meeting new people. This also served her well in her later years as she made many friends in the Sunbird community.

Ruth is survived by her sister Jeanne French, brother Larry Robinson, niece Kimberly Robinson, niece Kelly Robinson Alvarado and her husband Robert Alvarado, and stepson Landon Alvarado-Fromdahl, as well as many friends in the Sunbird community. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ruth Robinson, and her nephew Matthew Robinson.

Ruth's family would like to give special thanks to her many close friends in Sunbird, who provided her with comfort and companionship at the end of her life.
