She was born in Eau Claire, WI on July 15th, 1970. Sally graduated from Elmwood High School and received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
She was married to Scott Kasten on September 12th, 1998 in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Sally worked as a Marketing Executive for Coca-Cola, Target, Copella University and River Valley Church. She spent the last 17 years as a homemaker.
She was a member of Desert Springs Church and had a passion for her family and gardening.
She is survived by her husband Scott Kasten, her children Scottie and Stella, her brother Anthony Binkowski and her parents, Tony & Marge Binkowski.
