

Her journey began on December 27, 1958 in Landstuhl, Germany.
Sharon grew up in Chandler, Arizona with her 4 siblings.
She graduated from Chandler High School in 1976,
shortly after she earned her cosmetology license in 1976 from Rose-Mar College of Beauty.
She eventually moved to Europe and was blessed with her first son
Marc Melvin in 1982 in Würzburg, Germany.
In 1984 her life was blessed again with her second son
Geoffrey Melvin in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Shortly after relocating to Colorado she was in a terrible automobile accident which resulted in her parting ways with her treasured Volkswagen Jetta.
She purchased a Dodge Shadow in 1992, and that’s when she met the love of her life.
Charles Bruce Draper sold her the car, and they were married on
March 17, 1994 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Throughout their nearly 27 years of marriage,
Sharon enjoyed watching her family grow including
2 Children, 5 Stepchildren, 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
Some of Sharon’s favorite things included
Watching 90 Day Fiancé, Baking Cookies at Christmas, Sewing, Painting, Crocheting,
Collecting Travel Souvenir Spoons and Precious Moments Figurines,
Listening to George Michael, and Her 2 Cats.
Her heart ultimately failed her body, but it never failed her family and friends.
For 61 years her heart gave unconditional love.
She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and generous grandmother.
Sharon will be greatly missed and remembered for her
beautiful smile, joyful spirit, and selflessness.
She met Jesus on March 7, 2020 and was reunited with her parents.
