Shirley Ann Smith

Shirley Ann Smith was born on September 7, 1938 to the parents of Curtis Beck and Lora Lee Beck. Shirley had one brother, Curtis Donald Beck. Shirley was born in Austin, TX. Her family moved around quite a bit when they decided that Chandler, AZ was where they wanted to put down roots.

It is there where Shirley met Paul Clyde Smith and their relationship blossomed. Shirley and Paul got married on February 5, 1956. She leaves behind her husband, Paul, and for boys. Her oldest son is Richard, second is David, then Michael and last but not last, Gordon.

Shirley was blessed with 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Shirley and Paul spent a grand total of 71 years together. Shirley loved her family very much and she spread that love to whomever she was with. There were special family members that she really thought of and she couldn't wait to talk to them when they came to the house.

A memorial service will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary, located at 10940 East Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, Arizona, 85248. The service is scheduled for October 8, 2025, at 10:00 am.

Following the memorial service, a graveside service and committal will take place at Valley of the Sun Mortuary & Cemetery, 10940 E Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ, 85248, USA. This service will occur on October 8, 2025, 11:00 am.
