CHAPIN – A graveside service for Don H. Haltiwanger, 79, will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Bethel Lutheran Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Thrift Store. Please dress casual for graveside.
Mr. Haltiwanger was born April 16, 1938 in Columbia, SC and passed away Saturday, August 26, 2017. He was the son of the late, Frank Haltiwanger and Virginia Hiller Haltiwanger. Don was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his sons, James Hayden Haltiwanger (Julie), Brent Haltiwanger; grandchildren, Travis and Emily Haltiwanger; nephew, Aaron Kothberg and many more nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Delores B. Haltiwanger.
