CHAPIN – Funeral services for Florine Bickley Eargle, 83, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2013 at Bethel Lutheran Church with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Gary Lylerly will conduct the service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Chapin Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 367, White Rock, SC 29177.
Mrs. Eargle was born November 12, 1929 in Richland County, SC and passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2013. She was a daughter of the late P. Wilbur Bickley and Grace Addy Bickley. Mrs. Eargle was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Eargle is survived by her 2 children, Bryan (Renee) Eargle of Chapin and Vicki (Doug) Phillips of Rowlett, TX; grandchildren, Jessica Tucker, Bryan Phillips, Tracy Sons, Jennifer Sowell, Hope Kendrick, Patrick Kendrick and 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Waldrop of White Rock; brother, W. Rhea Bickley of White Rock. She was predeceased by her husband, Bryan L. Eargle, Sr.
