
Chapin, SC – Justin A. Timmerman, 24, of Chapin, SC, died tragically on Thursday, May 5, 2012. He was the loving son of Tony and Maria (Fisher) Timmerman.
Justin graduated from Chapin High School in 2006 and attended USC. He ran a family owned business, Columbia Sports Merchandise, and umpired youth baseball. He loved to play baseball and was an avid USC Gamecock fan. He had many friends and always had a smile.
Justin is survived by his parents and brother, Bruce W. Timmerman of the home; grandparents, Emily Fisher Manley of Chapin and Nancy Holmes Timmerman of Myrtle Beach, SC; uncles, David (Andrea) Fisher of Irmo, SC, Tommy (Bethany) Timmerman of Cookeville, Tenn.; aunts, Carla (Bill) Weneck of Simpsonville SC, Anne Fisher of Myrtle Beach, SC; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Ryan Jacob Timmerman; grandfathers, George W. Timmerman, Jr. and J. Bruce Fisher, Sr.; and an uncle, James B. Fisher, Jr.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 7 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Chapin Chapel. A service will be held on Tuesday, May 8, at 4:00 pm at Chapin United Methodist Church with Pastor Jody Flowers officiating, followed by a graveside service and burial at Salem United Methodist Church
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chapin United Methodist Church Missions Fund.
