Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 23rd in the Paul
Helton Chapel of Forest Lawn West Funeral Home, Mr. Tony Morris
officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11 AM prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Forest Lawn West Cemetery. Bobby was born in
Cabarrus County August 9, 1932 son of the late Lee Ross and Grace
Mae Beaver Haynes. He was a former active Member of Glenwood ARP
Church, was a graduate of Concord High School, served in the US Air
Force, member of American Legion Post #353 at Paw Creek, and retired
from Constructive Adhesives Bonding and was formerly with Argo
International. Surviving are daughters, Sherri Tatum (Garrett) of High Point,
NC and Janet West (Mark) of Buies Creek, NC, sons, Alex Haynes
of Apex, NC and Mark Haynes (Lynn) of Charlotte, and five
grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, spouse, Vivian
Mullins Haynes, granddaughter, Sydney Tatum and a brother, Guy Haynes.
Memorials may be made To Hospice, 1420 E. 7th St., Charlotte,
NC. 28204. Music will be provided by Rev. Gene Boatwright and David
