She was born on December 20, 1949, in Charlotte, North Carolina, to the late Lois Efird and Robbie Efird.
Susie will be remembered for her love of family, her strength, and the lasting impact she made on all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Randy Parker; her son, Clint Parker and his wife, Deborah; her grandchildren, Paxton Parker and his wife, Nicole, and Preston Parker; her great-grandchildren, Oaklynn Parker and Waylon Parker; and her siblings, Barbara Smith, Neil Efird and his wife, Tonya.
A visitation will be held at McEwen Funeral Service, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, beginning at 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
Susie leaves behind cherished family members and dear friends who will continue to honor and celebrate her life.
