Born in Salisbury, NC on January 8, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Dewey and Lottie Reed Wiles. She had worked for a number of years as a cashier at Bi-Lo's.
Survivors include her children, Mark Webb and Lisa Ford and her husband, Tommy; three grandchildren, Michael Webb, Jessie Ford and John Ford and a great granddaughter, Ava Webb.
