He is survived by his siblings Todd Matthew Horn, Harold Otto Horn Jr. and Amy (Rob) Horn Groendaal along with his Aunt Mary Ann Morton; cousin Jeff (Jane) Morton; nieces and nephews including McNeely, Remy, Tawney, Justin, Aliza, Destiny, Hailey, James, Sherry, Darren and Amber.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 beginning at 1:00pm followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00pm. Interment will take place at Sharon Memorial Park.
Arrangements are under the care of McEwen Funeral Service.
