David van Boles

David Van Boles, 59, died in Titusville, Florida, on September 14, 2025.

David was born in Greensboro, NC, to Charles and Dorothy Boles. David attended Metro Center in Charlotte, NC. He later moved to Florida with his mother to be close to his sister Karen and her family.

David was preceded in death by his loving parents, Charles and Dorothy Boles. He is survived by his brother-in-law and sister, Mark and Karen Fulton; his nephew and wife, Andrew and McKenzy Fulton, and their daughter, Lillian Fulton; and his niece and husband, McKenna and Francis Savaiinaea, and their children, Gideon David, Sybil, and Florence.

David loved his family and all those he encountered. He especially loved eighties music, dancing, eating out, holidays, and America. He never met a stranger and would always ask, “How you doin’?” While we will all miss David terribly, we are thrilled for his reunion with his parents and all of his extended family on the other side.

We would like to thank all of the people who helped with David’s care. The staff of St. Francis Hospice took tender care of him. Thank you also to our Washington Square family, who loved David as their own for the past two years.
