

She graduated from the University of Connecticut and received her M.ED in Applied Psychology from the University of Toronto. She was involved in group therapy for Holocaust survivors and their families.
Deborah was a life-long member of Temple Israel; and recently participated in the JCC Butterfly Project.
She is survived by numerous cousins and many good friends in and around Charlotte.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Friday, August 22, 2014 at Hebrew Cemetery, with Rabbi Murray Ezring officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Jewish Family Services, or to the Temple Israel Rabbi’s Tzedakah Fund.
Deb's motto is a Shakespearean quote, "Please leave the course of human relations in better condition than you found it."
