Mrs. Foster, 83, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015. She was born in Shelbyville, KY on January 30, 1932 to the late Andrew J. and Jane Bowler Meehan.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, William W. Foster; her children Deborah, David and wife Loree, and Andrew and wife Lisa and 2 granddaughters, Sarah and Anna Foster.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, October 8, 2015, at McEwen Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road, where the family will receive friends 1 hour prior. Interment will be at Sharon Memorial Park.
