Dorothy L. Ball

Mrs. Ball was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church where she was active in Women of the Church and received the Honorary Life Membership. She also did volunteer work at the Mint Museum, Crisis Assistance and Presbyterian Hospital.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Randall (William) of Raleigh; and her grandson, Brian Randall (Amanda); as well as a great-granddaughter, Lillian Randall.

Her husband, Samuel T. Ball, Jr., and her son, Samuel T. Ball, III, predeceased her.

A service to celebrate Mrs. Ball’s life will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, June 18th in the Morrison Chapel of Covenant Presbyterian Church. Her family will receive friends at the church following the service. Private inurnment will be in the church columbarium.
