

Eugene is survived by his loving wife, Mary, who cherished 74 years of marriage with him and his beloved family, daughters Dianne Pinkston and Teresa Kelley; son-in-law, Glen Pinkston; grand-daughter Angela Grayson; grandson Travis Pinkston; grand son-in-law Lee Grayson and three great grand-children, Bailey, Caleb and Avery Grayson and his nieces and nephews.
Eugene was a self-made man, operating multiple businesses, including an appliance store, a motorcycle shop, Tiger Coach trailer manufacturing company and as a General Contractor building several family owned quaint beachside motels, a condominium complex and multiple residential homes in Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach.
He enjoyed restoring antique automobiles, RVs, and flying his personal aircraft.
As a Veteran on the frontline of battle in WWII, Eugene served for your freedom and ours, so military honors will be conducted graveside in Daytona Beach, Florida, Eugene’s home with his wife, Mary, for 65 years and his requested final resting place.
Eugene was a member of Riverbend Community Church in Ormond Beach. His resurrection service will be held at the church on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Following the service, his internment with military honors will be held at Volusia Memorial Park in Ormond Beach.
