She was born July 3, 1916, in Cordoba, Argentina to the late Juan Sipowicz and Dora Auchterlonie de Sipowicz.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Edwin, Daniel, and Alec, and her sister, Betty. Mrs. Millarc was a member of Candlewyck Baptist Church.
She was a nurse in Los Angeles, CA, Chattanooga, TN, and Cordoba, Argentina.
Survivors include three children: Lorraine Millarc, Charlotte; Eric Millarc (Cristina), Lilburn, GA; and Mareva Millarc (Peter Huntoon), Middletown Springs, VT; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; sister, Dora Sowell, Soddy Daisy, TN; and brother, Henry Sipowicz, Santa Fe, Argentina.
Services will be held at 2pm on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015, at the Candlewyck Baptist Church in Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the donor’s choice.
