Mrs. Howard is survived by daughters Linda Jones and husband John, Sandra Rhyne and husband Greg, Karen Perrone and husband Jim, Kim LyBrand and husband Jimmy. She is also survived by a brother Kenneth Mullis and wife Virginia. Six grandchildren, Allison Barber, Stephen Jones and Michael Jones, Keith LyBrand, Lindsay Perrone and Chris Rhyne. Eight great-grandchildren Savannah and Seth Jones, Noah and Mia Jones, Annie Barber, Tyler and Grayson Rhyne and Evan LyBrand.
Mrs. Howard was predeceased by husband John Edward Howard and brother Charles Mullis. She was also predeceased by sisters Betty Gettis and Margaret Sherrill.
The funeral Service will be held Monday April 1, 2013 at 12:00pm at Forest Lawn West Chapel with Dr. Steve Gandy officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Forest Lawn West Cemetery.
