Julia Lee (Saunders) McLeod

Julia was born in Robbins, North Carolina to the late Irvin Ray Saunders, Sr. and Locie Shields Saunders. She worked for Eastern Airlines and retired as an Inspection Coordinator for Mecklenburg County. Julia volunteered for over 20 years at the Dickson Heart Center at Atrium Health Medical Center (formerly Carolinas Medical Center Main). Julia loved going to the beach and traveling to Las Vegas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry McLeod.

Julia is survived by her son Patrick McLeod (Catherine); siblings Becky Myrick (Vernon), Ray Saunders (Sylvia); grandchildren Hunter and Ian McLeod and numerous nieces and nephews.
