Mrs. Lucy Robison Robinson Booth

Lucy was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She was a devoted member of Durham Memorial Baptist Church for many years. Lucy’s greatest loves were her family, God and “the Tarheels”. She was always smiling and energetic and shared a love of square dancing with her husband for over 40 years. Lucy also sold Avon for over 25 years bringing along with her, sunshine and her friendship to many customers.

Lucy is survived by her husband of 61 years, Homer Booth; a daughter, Rachel Davenport and husband, Scott; grandsons, Christopher and Jonathan Davenport and wife, Meghan; great-grandchildren, Jayden and Everley Davenport ; sisters, Sandra Brown and Sara McAllister and brother, Carl Robison.

Visitation for Lucy will be 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Durham Memorial Baptist Church with a funeral service conducted by Reverend David Turner at 11:30 a.m., interment will follow the service at Forest Lawn West Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Durham Memorial Baptist Church, 1601 Toddville Road, Charlotte, NC 28214.
